Teena is a smart period tracker and app designed to help tweens and teens understand the menstrual cycle and get to know (and love!) their bodies. Based on basal body temperature and with the help of an intelligent algorithm, Teena determines in just 30 seconds which phase of the cycle the user is in, enables accurate predictions of the next period and provides users with insights that help them feel safe and confident - in all phases of the cycle.
