How to Use

1. Wash your cup or disc with mild soap and water before placing it in the Luna-Pod.
2. Add approximately 30ml of water, staying below the internal fill line.
3. Insert your menstrual product:
   • Cups: Place upside down with the rim at the bottom.
   • Discs: Squeeze the sides together and place vertically inside.
4. Close the lid securely. A small vent allows steam to safely escape.
5. Microwave on high:
   • 1100–1250W: approximately 1 minute
   • 800–1000W: approximately 2 minutes
6. Let the Luna-Pod cool for 10 minutes before opening.
7. Once cooled, remove your cup or disc with clean hands. Dry or store in a breathable pouch.

Tip: Steam escaping from the vent indicates it's working properly.

Warning: Steam may cause burns. Always allow to cool before opening.
