How to Use:
- Wash your cup or disc with mild soap and water before placing it in the LunaPod.
- Add approximately 30ml of water into the LunaPod, staying below the internal fill line.
- Insert your menstrual product:
- Cups: Place upside down with the rim at the bottom.
- Discs: Squeeze the sides together into a narrow shape and place vertically inside.
- Close the lid securely. A small vent in the top allows steam to safely escape.
- Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes:
- 1100–1250W: ~1 minute
- 800–1000W: ~2 minutes
Tip: Steam escaping from the vent indicates it's working properly.
- Let the LunaPod cool for 10 minutes before opening.
Warning: Steam may cause burns.
- Once cooled, remove your cup or disc with clean hands. Dry it or store it in a breathable pouch.
